Meet the Yogi

I've been blessed to find joy within the very essence vastness and mystery of being, despite the circumstances that came along in life. Now I want to help others find that same ease." - Tom Albani

Multiple 200 hour yoga certifications were acquired after finding healing in June of 2015 from a nearly four year battle with Multiple Myeloma.

Hatha with Vinyasa

The 75 minute long sessions will start off, Hatha like, where we stretch, strengthen and lengthen the muscles till we develop more of a cadence and transition into a vinyasa flow.

Personal Training

After initial assessment you will be provided clear and supportive guidance, ensuring proper alignment and modifications to suit your individual needs.
